Dan Coleman

Dan Coleman, studied exercise physiology at Brigham Young University. Formally certified HFI with the American College of Sports Medicine and Member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Personaly trained ameture, college, professional and Olympic Athletes.

Dan and his wife Jana have coached many Elite Athletes, coaching international Elites on the USA and Puerto Rico National Teams. Trained with the USA National Team training staff for many years. Jana has also choreographed routines for gymnasts, bodybuilders and dancers. Dan has coached, trained, conditioned and rehabbed athletes of all levels, serving as head trainer and pool therapists for a major fitness chain. Dan was owner and operator of an exercise and fitness equipment store, gymnastics and fitness training center and fitness consulting company. Dan has spent his life participating in and coaching multiple sports including gymnastics, dance, lacrosse, wrestling, swimming, football, basketball etc.
